These terms

These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from GoalJerseys. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We sell football and American football apparel and accessories. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colour can vary between screens. Sizes follow the size guide on each product page: manufacturers size differently, so please check it before ordering.

Trademarks

All club names, league names, crests, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We are an independent retailer. We are not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any club, league or sports organization, and product names are used only to describe the item being sold.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Payment is taken when you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel and refund an affected order.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may refuse an order if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery address is one we cannot serve.

Customization

Name, number and patch customization is produced for you specifically. Please check the spelling before confirming: once production starts, customized items cannot be changed, cancelled or returned, except when faulty.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own fault, up to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including your statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the EEA

You keep all rights given to you by the consumer law of your country of residence, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Disputes may also be raised through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If you are in the United States

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state where the seller is established, without affecting the consumer protection rules of your own state.

If you are in Canada

Your provincial consumer protection rules apply in addition to these terms. Residents of Quebec may request communication in French.
