Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.

What you can return

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items customized with a name, a number or a patch cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or we made a mistake, because they are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

How to start a return

Write to goaljerseysoficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, or we cannot identify your parcel.

Who pays the return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is our fault.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change a size is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you do not wait twice for shipping.

Faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the EEA

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification — customized jerseys. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years for goods that do not match the contract.

If you are in the United States

There is no federal cooling-off period for online purchases in the United States. The 14-day window described above is the policy we offer you voluntarily, and it applies in addition to any rights your state gives you.

If you are in Canada

The 14-day window above applies to you as well, in addition to the consumer protection rules of your province.
