Where we ship

Worldwide, except destinations our carriers are unable to serve at a given time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. Any cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared in 1 to 2 business days. Customized items take 2 to 3 business days, because each one is produced individually.

Delivery time

6 to 16 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees: customs, weather and peak season can add days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to goaljerseysoficial@gmail.com and we chase the carrier for you.

Customs and import duties

For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country on arrival. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check the address before confirming. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we resend it once the new shipping cost is covered.

Lost or damaged parcels

Tell us within 30 days of the dispatch date. We open a claim with the carrier and, once confirmed, we resend the order or refund it in full.
